How long does it take for an order to be shipped?


Each order is typically shipped within 7 days from your order date, with most shipping within only a few days. We use a 7 day standard because every item is hand-made and we custom order stock as needed. You will be notified ahead of time if we expect any kind of delay in the standard wait time, but please note there can be slight variations due to the mail. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a USPS tracking number.




How long do domestic (US) orders take to arrive after being shipped?


Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, your package should arrive within 1-3 business days. For even faster shipping, we offer Priority Mail & Priority Mail Express. Please note that estimated delivery dates can shift due to weekends and holidays. *Currently, issues related to COVID-19 have been known to cause slight delays in the mail. Please be patient during these difficult times :)




How long do international (non-US) orders take to arrive after being shipped?


For First-Class Mail, your order can take around 1-3 weeks to arrive after being shipped. There is a wide variation in wait times due to customs and guidelines around the world. It is not uncommon for packages to take up to a month to arrive after shipment. For Priority Mail International & Priority Mail Express International, these wait times will likely be shorter. *Currently, issues related to COVID-19 have been known to cause slight delays in the mail. Please be patient during these difficult times :)




How often are new collections launched?


New crystal collections are launched seasonally, with 4 big launches per year. Our typical launch cycle is as follows: Spring launches: March 1 Summer launches: June 1 Fall launches: September 1 Winter launches: December 1 There may also be surprise drops throughout the year, so keep an eye out!




When are donations to charities made?


Donations are made 4 times per year at the end of each launch season. For example, once a new collection with a new featured charity is announced, 10% of the past season's proceeds will be donated to the past season's featured charity.




What if my item breaks or arrives broken?


If an item breaks, please notify us within 30 days of your purchase with a photo of the issue. We will replace your item free of charge and we will pay to re-ship your item via First-Class Mail. We are also happy to simply issue a refund, if you would prefer.




What if my jewelry item doesn't fit?


If an item does not fit, please notify us within 30 days of your purchase. You may send back the item for an exchange or a refund. If exchanging, we will cover the additional shipping cost of the replacement item - we just ask that you pay for return shipping. If returning, a refund will be issued once we receive the item from you.




How can I ensure that my jewelry item will fit?


We recommend using fashion tape to measure the circumference of your neck or wrist. Add about 1/2" to 1" to that measurement to ensure a comfortable fit. More sizing information is outlined in our product descriptions. Please note that the customer is responsible for ordering their correct size - see the above question if an item does not fit.




How can I return or exchange an item?


To return or exchange an item, please notify us within 30 days of your purchase and we will ask that you send it back to us. Return shipping must be paid for by the customer and our PO Box address can be found on our "contact" page. When we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund. For exchanges, you may then place a new order for the item you desire.




Why did I not receive an order confirmation/shipping notification email?


These emails are automatically sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. If you do not receive any emails from us after placing your order, it most likely means a mistake was made when inputting your email address. In this case, please reach out to us to ensure that your order has been received and processed.




Can I customize my jewelry item with different crystals?


Sometimes we are able to make accomodations for special requests on our products, such as mixing & matching different stones! While we can't guarantee we can fulfill every request, go ahead and contact us! We just might be able to make your dream crystal item :)




Are there any warnings about your products?


Please note that our products and packages contain small objects which could pose a choking hazard - especially for small children & pets. Please keep everything you receive in your package away from them for their safety.
